HLCDC Formed to Study Demographic Changes: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) constituted the High-Level Committee on Demographic Changes (HLCDC). Chaired by Justice Prakash Prabhakar Navlekar (former Supreme Court judge), the panel is mandated to study abnormal demographic shifts arising from illegal migration.

Infrastructure Foundation Laid for 5th-Gen AMCA Project: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation stone for a massive Aviation and Defence Manufacturing Complex in Puttaparthi, Sri Sathya Sai District.
